[Yes, you may. We are happy to do what we can to provide you with the product
you want. Just let us know what you are looking for. ]
[We certainly can and will. Please don't hesitate to ask. If we can do it for
you we will be happy to. ]
We could, but it wouldn't look very life like. There are however many
things we can do to correct problems on photos. We can do the basics like
correcting red eye to the more complex like erasing lines or spots, changing
backgrounds or doing creative layouts for mouse pads or puzzles. We like
challenges. Call or email us with your questions.
[We know how frustrating it can be when you can't get answers to your
questions. Whenever you call or email us you will be communicating with someone
who knows our business. Occasionally we may need to contact a supplier if you
are inquiring about a product which is not in our current inventory however we
will always get the answer for you.]
[Placing your order is easy and you may do it whichever way suits you
best.
1.) You may order using the shopping cart on our web site. You may use the
shopping cart if
you are planning to pay by credit card or if you are planning to mail a
check/money order and
just want to send us the order in advance. The program will allow you to print
out the order at
the end so you may enclose it in the mail with your payment.
2.)You may email us, call our toll free number (877-526-7124 ) or mail in the
manual order
form with your photo and payment. If you are outside the United States you
will need to email us first for shipping charges. Then you may email or
mail us your order.
3.) We accept Visa and Master Card. If you prefer you may pay
by check. Checks should be made out to Julie Alms.
4.) Remember to mail us your photo and payment. All photos will be returned with
your order
To begin working on your order we will need the necessary
photos. You may mail them to us or e-mail them if you have
that capability.]

[The easiest way to determine your total cost is
to place your order using our web site shipping cart. It will allow you to check
the cost of the various shipping options and the order will not be sent until
you confirm it.. If you are ordering custom gifts and products we usually
recommend using the United States Postal Systems 2-3 day priority mail. If you would like to figure it
yourself you may total the cost
of your products and add a 5.1% sales tax if you are an Wisconsin resident. Add shipping.
For up to 3 items the cost is $4.25. If you have 4-6 items then add $.95 ( for a
total of $5.20 ). If you are ordering pet supplies then 1st class mail may offer a
better rate. If you are outside the United States or have any questions
about shipping costs please email or call us and we will be happy to assist you.. We will check and email you back with the shipping
costs. ]
[Generally sending your photos via mail does not pose a problem. Please
put a piece of white paper between each photo and mark on the outside of the
envelope, " Photos, please do not bend". You may wish to put a piece
of cardboard in the envelope for added protection. Please do not send your only
copy of any photo just in case it is lost or damaged enroute. Your photos
will be returned to you with your order. ]
How is my order shipped?
[We ship custom gift and product orders within the United States 2-3 day Priority
mail unless you request a different method. For supplies we may ship then 1st
class mail depending on the weight of the order. If you wish to price various options you
may use our ' web site shopping cart". The order is not sent until you
confirm it. . If you are outside the United States please email us and we
will check on the shipping costs for you. We will use the best method for
shipping through the postal service to insure the best price for you.]
How long will it take to receive my order?
[Most orders can be filled within 2-3 business days of the time we receive the photo.
We usually ship custom products/gifts via 2-3 day Priority mail. Heavier
supply orders may take a couple days longer. If you are outside
the United States it will take longer for shipping but priority service is
available if you need it quickly. If you need a rush
order please give us a call or email us and we'll see what we can do so that you
have it on time. Because we are a
smaller company we have more flexibility and will do what we can to get your
order to you when you need it. If you are outside the United States please email
us with your order and we will determine the shipping costs and delivery times.]

[We certainly do and will be happy to take your order
by phone. Our toll
free number is (877) 526-7124. ( our toll free
number only works within the U.S.) Outside the US you may reach us by calling
(262) 758-0346. You may also order via our web site shopping cart or or by printing out and
mailing our order form along
with your photos and payment. Be sure to include your phone number so that
we may reach you if we have any questions. Even if you are paying by check and
mailing it you may use the shopping cart to send your order in advance and get a
hardcopy of your order to mail us with the check.
