When I call may I speak with someone who knows what can be done?
[We know how frustrating it can be when you can't get answers to your questions. Whenever you call or email us you will be communicating with someone who knows our business. Occasionally we may need to contact a supplier if you are inquiring about a product which is not in our current inventory however we will always get the answer for you.]

How do I order?
[Placing your order is easy and you may do it whichever way suits you
best.
1.) You may order via the web site shopping cart, call our toll free number (877-526-7124 ) or mail in the
order
form with your payment. If you are outside the United States you
will need to email us first for shipping charges. Then you may email or
mail us your order.
2.) We accept Visa and Master Card. If you prefer you may mail
us a check. Please make checks/money orders payable to Julie Alms. You may send your credit card via our shopping cart which is a
secured transaction or call our toll free number
or mail it to us.

How much do I owe ?
[If you are using our shopping cart it will be automatically figured for you. If you prefer you may call us and we will figure your total cost for you. If you are ordering custom gift products and wish to figure it yourself you may total the cost of your products and add a 5.1% sales tax if you are an Wisconsin resident. Add shipping based on the number of items you are ordering. Click here to view shipping costs. If you are ordering supplies please use the shopping cart or call us for shipping charges. If you are outside the United States please email us and tell us what you wish to order. We will check and email you back with the shipping costs. Shipping cost are only what the postal service charges. We never add on to the shipping costs for handling.]

How long will it take to receive my order?
[Most orders can be filled within 2-3 days of the time we receive the photo. For gift items we normally ship your order by 2-3 day Priority mail. (Overnight shipping is available.) For Guinea Pig Supplies we will use either priority mail or 1st class based on whichever will insure the best price for you or whichever you specify. If you are outside the United States it will take longer for shipping put priority service is available if you need it quickly. If you need a rush order please give us a call or email us and we'll see what we can do so that you have it on time. Because we are a smaller company we have more flexibility and will do what we can to get your order to you when you need it. If you are outside the United States please email us with your order and we will determine the shipping costs and delivery times.]
